this is not acceptable. first of all, louis’ tweet was sincere and nobody needs to apologize for him because that’s not what he was trying to get across.

secondly, the owner/manager is behaving so unprofessional about the whole situation. it really isn’t anybody’s business what happened between them.

and for the people calling him a dick, a diva, rude, or anything else can you kindly just fuck off? maybe he DID get horrible service, maybe the waiter DID disrespect Lottie and Eleanor, and he was just telling the guy off for being rude. we don’t have a fucking clue so don’t you dare judge him.
